** 2-min consultation just to hear the doc say "the scan is good!" = 65 bucks
** gynae scan = 80 bucks

** govt subsidy = 75 bucks

I really wonder if the govt subsidy is THAT much

I never thought it will happen to someone I know, let alone my own mum....I'm starting to dislike going to NUH but at least the nurses and docs there always carry a smile on their faces though that doesn't make it easier by half....but then again, I'm RELIEVED coz' it's contained...I just hope that everything will go smoothly and she'll recover soon...but it is going to be a tough 2-6 mths ahead at the very least...I will be strong and have faith. Oh, and I need to start being thrifty.
