backdated post....last wkend, a group of us headed to Colmar Tropicale@Bukit Tinggi. a group of us = aud, aud's sis, CL, shanice, sslim, celim, say gay, elvin, elvin's sis, kelvin and me of coz'. so how did we end up going as a group? gotta 'thank' sslim & CL for that...sslim wanted to go and he asked CL who, in turn, asked the entire QA...so there you go, a 'whole-village' trip!

6 oct 2007. i got up at 6.15am to wash up. met CL at bugis MCD for b'fast before heading to golden mile for the bus ride. somehow, the 2 of us ended up being the last to arrive :P the bus ride was rather comfy with in-built entertainment system. kinda like taking a plane ride :D i finally got to watch 'She's On Duty', uri Gong Yoo oppa!

after switching to another mini-van at Times Square-KL, we finally arrived at our destination at close to 5pm. the original plan was to play paintball once we arrived but the road jam screwed things up and so we had to switch our 2 days itineary around.

after dumping our bags in the room, took the shuttle to the japanese tea garden. am glad we chose that rather than the rabbit farm...hey, there's only rabbits to see in the rabbit farm. how interesting can that be? :P

we fooled around in the japanese tea garden till around 6.30pm after which we headed back to the resort for dinner. dinner was a boring affair. not much food choices over there so we ended having a buffet dinner at the hotel.

after dinner & shower, we headed to the guys' room for a drinking session! we bot vodka and some other drinks. wat best way to finish up these drinks? play 7-up! say gay was the funniest. she kept going...."21...ahhhhhhh".... "27.....ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" hahahahahahahahahahahahah! we finally finished all the drinks at close to 12am. 12am! bloody early lor, by my standards but we were damn tired so the bed was really very much welcome :P

the next day, we woke up at 6am+ so that we can have b'fast at 7am before heading for our paintball session at 8am...it was my 1st paintball session. was quite scared initially as i've heard the others say that it's HURTS if you get hit. but during the briefing session, i learnt that there's actually a 20-feet boundary between the 2 teams during the game, so phew! the game was really tiring but fun! i didn't get hit at all coz' i was hiding behind the bunkers, playing the shooter role :P the others can't believe i was not hurt at all...ok la, next time i'll try the 'catch the flag' role lor.... :P

we left the place at 12.30pm and we finally reached singapore at close to 9pm. time really flies when you are having fun. we gotta do somemore of such trips in future :D

banana prata

Ingredients: 1 roti prata (frozen pack), 1 banana, hershey's chocolate syrup

1. heat up the wok and pan-fry the roti prata till it's golden brown on both sides
2. cut the banana into slices and place it on top of the prata
3. pour hershey's chocolate syrup over it

Tada! kev's self-made banana prata! yummlicious! think next time i gonna try out with other fruits like kiwi, strawberries...and maybe even grated cheese hmmmmm
